As of January 1, 2011, the Indiana Mall does not sell gift cards. Store gift cards are still available for purchase at individual stores.

Lottery Tickets are available at the Jewelry Junction Store.

Indiana Mall is smoke free.

A mail box is located outside the mall entrance near the Drivers License Center.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first served basis. Wheelchairs are available at the Mall Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or any Security Staff can assist at anytime in wheelchair service.

Complementary strollers are available at the Mall Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The mall is open for MALL WALKING Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Once around every hallway on the gray floor tile is approximately ½ mile.

PNC bank ATM is located in the common area in front of Radio Shack in the BonTon Hallway.

Visit the mall security office located past the public restrooms for all lost or found items.

Restrooms are located in the service hallway next to Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

Public Telephones are located in hallway near BonTon and Kitchen Collection and in front of the Drivers License Center.

Designated parking spaces are identified at each mall entrance and in front of the Major Department store entrances. Automatic doors are located at the Kmart/Cinemas IV mall entrance doors.
